Holistic Wellness has become a buzzy word during these modern times where we focus as much on preventative measures to stay healthy as during times of sickness. We’re interested in looking at health, but also overall wellness through a different lens. We specialize in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, but also believe wellness is a lifestyle that incorporates nutrition, supplements, exercise, and skincare. We’re interested in the beauty of health that is more than skin deep.

At Curator wellness, we help you be the best version of you through:

  • Educating the modern person on Chinese Medicine including herbal knowledge for skincare and wellness.

  • Providing information on healthcare practices such as Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Cupping, and non-Chinese Medicine modalities.

  • Making Chinese Medicine’s thousands of years of knowledge accessible for the modern person.

  • Nutritional advice to heal from the inside out and skincare reviews and recommendations to heal from the outside in.

There is no one size fits all in healthcare. Every person has a unique set of health needs and goals because everybody is born with different constitutions and have different lifestyles. This is the central idea behind holistic medicine and is an essential aspect of how Chinese Medicine views each individual.
